Job profile
After a thorough training period, you are responsible within the Team of the Operations department for all common technical service/support activities, technical support for CardsOnline (Web-based Card Management System) projects and for the hardware and software products supplied by ScreenCheck.

The CardsOnline projects use ‘state of the art’ web interfaces and connections are developed and realized in-house with various facility applications such as access control, payment systems, lockers systems, identity management systems, etc.

CardsOnline also controls the necessary hardware such as ID card printers, contactless card reader/writers, digital photo cameras and biometric systems, etc. The projects are realized on location at our relations here and abroad.

The technical preparation of the system configuration, the remote and on-site installation of our CardsOnline and BadgeMaker ID software systems and providing user training are part of the work. You will also be part of our technical support team, which provides 3rd line and software support to our partners and direct customers. Also performing preventive maintenance and service work on the hardware used within the projects (printers/encoders) is part of the work.

Competency Profile
As a Service Technician IT you have recent and proven experience in a similar position. Your working and thinking level is at MBO level, obtained through education or work experience.

You have proven experience with Windows environments and have the technical insight to be able to perform service and repairs on the applied hardware. In addition, IT knowledge of web servers in virtual environments and/or general IT hardware knowledge is an advantage. Of course you have good communication skills in Dutch and English. You can work accurately, are customer-oriented and have a flexible attitude.
